Well, I was flipping thru the new copy of Anglers Journal here at home and saw somebody who looked pretty familiar. His face half covered with a mask and big costa glasses were trying to hide him but that smile and big cheeks scream Jose Fajardo. I have spent a dozen or more days fishing for “velas” with “Chepe” down in Guatemala. We have had some some slow days and some really awesome days down there with this fella over the last ten years. Best ever was on “Stragos” an old Bertram Bahia mar. We went 36/55 bites from velas with 3 striped marlin and a handful of dorados. What a day! Now Jose is down south on a super adventure in Galapagos. Good luck buddy! Hope to see you in Guatemala this winter. 👍.
