Grateful. Simply, grateful. I and many others were challenged today by someone special to spread this message of gratitude on social media. I am grateful for all the wonderful people who have entrusted me—a virtual unknown—with their foot and ankle care this year as I have sought to fulfill a dream of opening my own practice. I never could have envisioned what 2020 would bring, and while there have been many challenges, I remain grateful for those challenges and all that I am learning along the way. But most of all, I am grateful to all of you who have supported us and given me a chance to try and help you in some way. Thank you!

Orthotics can be a tricky topic, as there are all kinds of misconceptions about how they work and who can benefit from them.
•
Generalized pain/fatigue of your feet/arches, inner knee pain or low back pain can be an indicator that you might benefit from a custom or quality, prefabricated over-the-counter orthotic.
•
You can see in the left image the knee caps are closer and pointing towards each other (valgus) which can lead to symptoms. With a pair of Powerstep orthotics, you can see the improvement in the image on the right with the knees now better aligned in a more neutral position.
•
If you have any questions about orthotics and whether you might benefit from wearing them, don’t hesitate to contact us for an evaluation.

As for many, this pandemic has been anything but ideal for business. Not here to beg, but just want to remind the locals (Seattle/Issaquah/King County) that if you have any foot or ankle needs, we are here for you. Anything from calluses, funky nails, bunions, sprains, strains, help with orthotics or just about anything else. Or maybe you need help with your running technique or just want to get some deep tissue work on your feet and legs? Let us know! And tell your friends!

We are taking new appointments and accept most commercial insurances. As a small clinic, Dr. Jones sees only one patient at a time so you will not be in contact with other people. We also take every measure to protect you from any exposure to Covid by keeping everything sanitized and offering gloves and masks. Dr. Jones will also wear a mask and gloves as well. We look forward to seeing you!
