Small warning if you start hot yoga
You might accidentally become someone who:
⚠️wakes up early for class
⚠️talks about breathing techniques
⚠️plans vacations around yoga retreats
It happens... and we're here for it!

Our 2026 retreats sold out within weeks.
Which means…
2027 retreats are already in the works.
Any guesses on the locations we’ve locked in?
Two clues:
1️⃣There will be two 2027 retreats
2️⃣They’re in completely different parts of the world.
Consider this your teaser and your alert to stay tuned in a few months...

14 years ago today, I started working at the studio.
I was hired part time… and somehow never left.
Didn’t plan it. Definitely didn’t expect it.
But here we are. Wouldn't have it any other way.
Huge thank you to Danielle Miller for putting up with me for 14 years (truly impressive), and to the team, the yogis, the ones who have come and the ones who have gone, all of you have left a forever impact on who I am.
Still my favorite place. Still my favorite people.
💛🧡❤️ Tia
P.S. Throwback pic to 2015. If this is considered “work,” how could I ever leave? 😅

Want a Tuesday Tip?
Private yoga will change your practice faster than another group class.
Not because classes aren’t valuable,
but because nothing replaces time focused on you.
Your body.
Your questions.
Your patterns.
No guessing. No blending in.
Just actual progress.
It’s an investment, but it’s one that pays you back immediately.

One of the best things about yoga studios...
Most people walk in knowing no one.
Six months later they’re:
• hugging people after class
• grabbing coffee together
• celebrating life milestones
Some of the strongest communities start with strangers sweating next to each other.

I’ve watched people cry in savasana.
I've cried in savasana.
Quiet tears.
Relief tears.
“I didn’t realize how much I was holding” tears.
Yoga opens things.
Not just hips.
Not just shoulders.
Parts of you that have been closed for a long time.
Sometimes, that’s exactly what healing looks like.

Your nervous system loves three things:
1️⃣Breath
2️⃣Heat
3️⃣Stillness
Hot yoga and far infrared saunas give you all three... just saying 😜🔥

St. Patrick’s Day plan:
🍀Wear green
🍀Drink water
🍀Sweat aggressively
See you in the hot room. 🔥🍀
P.S. Throwback image is St. Patrick’s Day 2015 at our old Sammamish studio (RIP 🥲). Time seriously flies. Shoutout to the amazing .anybody.seen.amy... thanks for helping make those days so special. 💚

Sunday hot yoga confession:
🍌At least 30% of people in class are silently wondering if everyone can hear their stomach growling.
💦Another 30% are wondering if they’re the sweatiest one in the room.
🏹The other 40% are just trying not to die during standing bow.
Yoga is very spiritual like that.

Most people think about trying hot yoga for months before they actually walk through the door.
Every single person in that room had a first class.
Our intro offer exists for that moment.
Worst case?
You sweat a lot.
Best case?
You discover something that changes your routine.
🤔Thinking about trying it? Maybe this weekend is the moment you stop pondering about it and just step into the room.
🧘♀️ For our current members: do you remember your first class?
Drop one word that describes it… and how long you’ve been practicing since then. 👇

One of my favorite moments in the studio is watching someone take their first class.
You can almost see the thoughts happening in real time:
“Why is it so hot?”
“Everyone else looks like they know what they’re doing.”
“Did I just make a mistake?”
And then somewhere around halfway through class… something shifts.
They realize they can do hard things.
That moment never gets old.
