Every Way Fitness My classes are a mix of low-impact aerobics, step aerobics, body conditioning, yoga, Pilates, and stretching.
I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and I work at the Issaquah Community Center. Happy March! It's almost a full year now that we've been doing our classes on Zoom. Thank you so much for sticking with me - it's been great, and we will continue to keep it that way!
