ONE YEAR OF FROG EMPIRE 🥳🥳

As we approach our 1-year anniversary, we’re excited to keep creating more opportunities for our wrestlers and families.

NEW MS/HS 2-DAY OPTION‼️
More flexibility while still getting the same high-level Frog Empire training.

SUNDAY FUNDAY IS GROWING💪
Our regular Sunday Funday will continue from 11 AM–1 PM for MS/HS and experienced Jr. Frogs, while our new Jr. Sunday Funday runs 1:15-2:15PM for Tadpoles and Jr. Frogs.

Jr. Frogs may participate in either group based on their experience and skill level.

Took the boys to Rhode Island for the Super 32 Qualifier and had a great weekend! 💪

We came home with 4 Super 32 qualifiers, but more importantly, everyone was competing hard and putting things into matches that we’ve been working on in the room.

Beyond proud of this group and excited to keep building and getting better. 🐸

Zach wrestled great going 4-1 and took 3rd

Levi was wrestling like someone we have never seen before also taking 3rd and going 5-1

Carl has himself a weekend winning 4 matches to go home with 2nd place

Congrats to Justin on his recent commitment! He took a loss first round and battled all the way back avenging his only loss for 3rd

Max Alexander came just short of qualifying but wrestled really well and got himself a real nice black eye

Max Hall got some experience this weekend and will keep getting better from here!

25 years later, we remember.

Today, Frog Empire Wrestling Academy honors the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families and communities forever changed by that day.

We will never forget their courage, their sacrifice, and the strength shown by our country in the face of tragedy.

🐸 Upcoming Frog Empire Schedule

Here’s our schedule moving forward, including updated class times and upcoming days with no practice. Make sure to save this post so you have all the dates and times!

A couple important updates:

Tadpoles: Wednesdays will now be 6:15–7:00 PM

MS/HS: We will continue starting at 6:30 PM through November 1st. After that, we’ll adjust our schedule to accommodate the start of the school wrestling season and school practices.

NJ Super32 Qualifier 💪

Very proud of Zach and Logan for getting out there, getting matches, and putting the things we’ve been working on in practice to the test!

Zach picked up some great wins, including an awesome comeback, but unfortunately came up just short of qualifying. He will be trying again in Rhode Island.

Logan took a tough loss in the Round of 16, then battled all the way back, bonus-pointing everyone on his way to officially qualifying for Super 32! 🔥

Proud of both these guys for continuing to compete, learn, and get better. Back to work! Next stop: Rhode Island Super32 Qualifier 🐸
