This is a post we hate to make. We are a small family run business and we do our best for our guests. Unfortunately there is a growing trend of people booking cabins and then not showing up. All too often we try to charge the card on file to have it decline. We have lost thousands of dollars because of this and we can no longer let things slide.

Going forward we will be charging a deposit for all bookings. We have tried to keep our booking process simple but unfortunately we have been taken advantage of too many times.

In addition to the deposit we will be enforcing our cancellation policy as outlined on the website when a cabin is booked.
