By now many of our followers have heard the tragic news out of the Show-me rally, but for those that haven't, fellow competitor Kubo Kordisch was involved in a wreck during competition that he was unable to come out of.
We were able to compete with him a number of times since 2017 and he had a hell of a showing at the Prescott rally this season with his first overall win, an amazing feat.
Anyone wishing to aid the family during this time can make a donation to https://www.raceaid.fund/donate
Our thoughts go out to the family and friends during this time.
The American Rally Association has a heavy heart in announcing the death of competitor and driver Kubo Kordisch, who passed away yesterday, Saturday, November 4th, during competition at the Show Me Rally in central Missouri.
An incident occurred at the end of stage 9 of competition Saturday just outside Potosi, Missouri. The 42-year-old Kordisch was driving with co-driver Drew Carlson at the time of the incident. The Kordisch and Carlson are both long-time rally enthusiasts and residents of Colorado. Show Me was Kubo's fourth event this year in the number 436 Fiesta, and he was coming off of his L2WD win at the recent Prescott Rally.
Those wishing to help the Kordisch family may donate to the ARA-supported RACEAID Fund in his name. To donate, go to www.raceaid.fund/donate

π£ N.P. Racing Update πππ¨
Hey, rally fans! We've got some news to share from the Southern Ohio Forest Rally. Unfortunately, our journey took an unexpected turn on the second day of the race. During Stage 4, our trusty Volkswagen Golf encountered a significant setback as we lost compression in the motor. π
This turn of events brings an end to our aspirations of clinching the American Rally Association (ARA) national title for 2-wheel drive this year. We've given it our all and fought hard, but sometimes life throws us curveballs.
But fear not, fellow rally enthusiasts! We are not throwing in the towel just yet. Our spirit remains unyielding, and we are already setting our sights on upcoming events. One such event is the highly anticipated Show-Me Rally right here in our home state of Missouri later this year! π
We're grateful for the unwavering support we've received from all of you throughout this journey. Your cheers, messages, and camaraderie mean the world to us. So stay tuned as we regroup, repair, and prepare to bring the excitement back to the rally scene! π
In the midst of our challenges, we want to take a moment to congratulate Ryan Rethy and Dan Zopatti with Unamused Rally Sport, fellow Missouri natives, on their outstanding 3rd place finish. It was a well-earned achievement, and they pushed hard to secure their spot on the podium. Kudos to them for their exceptional performance! π
Keep the spirit alive and stay tuned for more updates from N.P. Racing. Together, we'll keep pushing forward, embracing the challenges, and chasing our passion for rally racing! ππͺ
πππ¨ Ready for Day 2 at the Southern Ohio Forest Rally! π³π
N.P. Racing is geared up and raring to go as we tackle the thrilling challenges of day 2! Our rally team is pumped and the car is finely tuned for the gravel terrain ahead. ποΈβ¨
To tackle the warmer weather, we've installed some cooling system sprayers to keep our engine running cool and ensure optimal performance throughout the race. π‘οΈβοΈ
We're excited to announce that we'll be starting 7th overall and, even more impressively, 1st in the Open 2nd Class. ππ₯ Our team's hard work and dedication have truly paid off, and we're eager to put our skills to the test once again, but itβs just the start of the race.
Join us on this incredible journey as we navigate the twists, turns, and challenges that lie ahead! Stay tuned for live updates from the rally and cheer us on as we race towards victory. ππ
