DEVELOPMENT STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING. ⚽️📊

Today, our ECNL Boys had the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive athletic testing session designed to give them a better understanding of their physical abilities and movement as soccer players.

Our athletes were tested in areas including acceleration, speed, explosiveness, change of direction, jumping ability, and overall movement mechanics. While the numbers are important, the real value comes from understanding what those numbers mean and how they translate to performance on the field.

A huge thank you to Hartfield Academy for the venue, Tony Villani for providing the technology and resources to make this testing possible, and to Shumaker Sports Performance for leading the session, educating our athletes, and helping them better understand their own movement.

The goal isn’t simply to test our players. It’s to measure, educate, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately help each athlete become a more complete soccer player.

🔥 PRESEASON SUCCESS FOR OUR GIRLS! 🔥

Our girls put together a strong preseason performance this past Saturday as our ECNL-RL and N1 teams took on top ECNL-RL competition from HFC and GCU.
