I want to share that my dear mom has entered hospice care, and I’ll be stepping away from teaching yoga for a while to be with her and our family. This isn’t an easy post to write, but my heart is full of love and gratitude—for her, for you, and for the space we’ve created together on the mat.

Yoga has always been about showing up, breathing through the hard parts, and holding space for what is. Right now, that means being present with my mom as she prepares to go home to heaven.

I don’t know what the days ahead will look like, but I do know I’ll carry your kindness and support with me. Thank you for understanding. I’ll be back when the time is right. Until then, keep breathing, keep moving, keep shining.

Hey everyone! 🌿 Just a quick note—there won’t be class next week as I’ll be off on a relax/ refresh in Arizona, soaking up some deep practice and fresh inspiration.
