Happy to be back—and so grateful for the space that yoga holds. Taking time off after loss reminded me how much grounding matters. In the stillness, I found quiet strength—a place where breath meets resilience. Even in grief, there’s peace on the mat. So thankful . 🧘‍♀️💛
