Hey everyone, I’m Tony — but around here, you can just call me Coach 👊

I opened Silva Fusion MMA & BJJ back in 2011 with one goal in mind: create a place where people can grow, push themselves, and feel like they’re part of a real family.

My journey started when I was just 4 years old… I wanted to be Michelangelo from the Ninja Turtles 🍕 — and somehow that kid is still in me every time I step on the mats.

These days, I’m also a proud dad to two amazing daughters and a step son who keep me inspired and grounded. Everything I do is about setting an example for them and building something they can be proud of.

If I ever find free time (rare 😂), I’m either training jiu jitsu or out with my toes in the sand — surfing, relaxing, and enjoying life with my family.

At Silva Fusion, it’s not about titles — it’s about showing up, working hard, and taking care of each other. Whether you’re brand new or have years on the mats, you’ve got a place here.

Our Little Ninjas BJJ (ages 4–6) and Kids BJJ had their BJJ stripe & belt promotion yesterday and it was such a smooth graduation — a true sign that every single kid in that room is leveling up and excelling.

Watching these tiny warriors grow in confidence, discipline, focus, and respect through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is something special. The belt doesn’t make the person… the person makes the belt. They proved it.

Hard work. Big smiles. New stripes. New belts.
They absolutely crushed it. 🥋🔥
