Talk about a humbling g experience...Dave comes in and said he's got something to show me. (Wasn't falling for that again) but I could tell it wasn't a joke. So he shows me the book he picked up. Michigan history of Martial Arts. Flipping through and shows people we know and I was yeah, they deserve it. Then he turns the page and WE'RE IN THE BOOK! We had no idea! It is a very huge honor to be listed with these people! Most of all David and Gary! We've trained together a lot and to be mentioned in a book is humbling to say the least!

We all learned a lot from Sensei Giles.

It is with great sadness and respect that we share the news of the passing of Giles-Sensei.
He always brought such joy and livelihood to the dojo. Be in peace, sensei. We will miss you.
