🏆 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: ANDREAS 🏆

This month is a little bittersweet as we recognize Andreas Methenitis as our Member of the Month before he heads back to Manchester! 🇬🇧

Dre has been an awesome part of the Freedom Fitness & Prep Athletics community, and we’ve loved watching the work he’s put in during his time with us.

But he’s just getting started. 💪

His next goal? Taking on the CrossFit Open and continuing to chase the dream of competing at the CrossFit Games. 🔥

Dre, thank you for being part of our community. We’re excited to see where this next chapter takes you—and just know you’ll always have a gym family here in Missouri.

As always, Freedom Fitness is open 24/7, so if you’re looking to get some weekend pickleball in, the courts are still available!

🚧 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🚧

Exciting improvements are continuing at Freedom Fitness!

🅿️ Next week, crews will begin paving the entrances to our parking lot. Please expect temporary changes to traffic flow while the work is completed.

🚿 Construction on our new locker rooms is moving forward. The women’s locker room is currently the most affected area, but the restroom remains open. An additional restroom is also available in the large shower room.

❄️ We know the gym side has been warmer than we would like, and we’re actively working toward a better long-term cooling and airflow solution.

Please use extra caution around construction areas and follow all posted signs and temporary pathways.
