🚨July Throwdown🚨
Lafayette via Skookumchuck is our second segment for the WM Throwdown series. This route offers a little bit of everything - fairy forest hallways, 360 views, and lots of sweaty rock. And no, , i didn’t even realize this was already a segment 🙃

We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to incentivize and reward efforts on the classic routes in the White Mountains. Our approach: tiered prize money that attracts the best trailrunners in the region (and beyond) to showcase what the Whites have to offer. It’s long overdue and we’re stoked.

The concept is simple: the longer a bounty sits unclaimed, the higher the reward. This means action will circulate across all these routes over time. Stout records attract stout competition.

Nothing would make us more proud than watching times fall and building a top 10 leaderboard that represents the best of the best.
