Helping an animal in need can be as simple as adding one extra item to your shopping cart. 🐶🐱

The next time you’re at the store, consider picking up dog food, cat food, treats, toys, bowls, bleach, or paper towels for our Bones and Barbells Donation Drive.

Donations can be dropped off at LIFT Wellness Center throughout September!

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: SETH ROBERTSON 🌟

Meet Seth Robertson, one of the friendly faces on our LIFT fitness team!

Seth joined us two months ago and is originally from Milan, Tennessee. Growing up, football was a big part of his life, and he played for Milan High School. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Seth’s favorite part of working at LIFT is getting to meet new people and having opportunities to help others. He strives to continually better himself while always doing right by the people around him.

We’re glad to have Seth on the LIFT team! Help us show him some appreciation in the comments! 👏
