8AM–4PM | BACK PARKING LOT
Stations will be set up all day. Women, men + kids are welcome.
No appointment. No sign-up. Just show up ready to work.

Move with your little one, then stay for the sip + social.
We’re teaming up with LPR Wellness Bar for a custom menu of teas, coffee + refreshers made just for the event.

A strength workout celebrating strong moms, strong bodies + the women behind them.

PELVIC FLOOR + POSTPARTUM EDUCATION
WITH DR. SARA SOHN

A provider-focused education session covering:

• How to screen for signs of pelvic floor dysfunction
• Fitness considerations after C-section + vaginal delivery
• Supporting clients through postpartum movement
• Creating wellness spaces where women feel confident, comfortable + supported in their bodies

Because the women we work with deserve providers who understand the whole body 🫶

LPR IS CREATING CUSTOM MENUS FOR BOTH SIP EVENTS.
