12 years ago, this little guy was walking into his first CrossFit gym and today, here he is all grown up.
It’s crazy to look back and realize how much has changed. Kids have grown up, members have become lifelong friends, families have been built, and our gym has grown into something so much bigger than a place to work out.
Over the years, thousands of workouts have been done, PRs have been hit, friendships have been made, and countless memories have happened inside these walls.
Pictures like this remind me that the years go fast, but the community and relationships we build along the way are what really matter.
Grateful for everyone who has been part of the CFTC family over the years — past and present. Here’s to many more. 💪❤️
