As you get older you realize that you don’t always get to choose your family, but YOUR family will ALWAYS choose YOU!
I’m so grateful to have met you in that group fitness class at Crunch; look at how far we’ve come and how much we’ve grown! There would be no without you, hell I’d barely be here if it wasn’t for you, so consider this my open love letter to you. I’m blessed to have you through the ups, downs, highs and lows I’m rocking with you. Can’t wait till you’re back to 💯 so we can take it up a notch, the world ain’t seen nothing yet!

Seriously, while I continue to reel in my tendency to feed my feelings whenever they aren’t in sync, I’m gonna KEEP hitting this gym and fighting back when these weights feel like they’re winning.

got me on some me vs. me these days, and don’t let me forget my watch at home!!! Throw away the whole workout cause did it even count????
I know you might not be able to tell by looking at me now but I used to have a cliff b***y, that thing was as wide and flat as a pancake; it literally looked like I sat in a chair all day because I did.
Now I used to play around in them peoples gym on that back extension machine which gave me the foundation of this 🍑 but it wasn’t until I locked in on these three things that everything started falling in place:
1. Lifting. Heavy. Weights. - Ladies trust me I know they are heavy and it seems impossible but we can do hard things; the discomfort is temporary but the results are worth it.
2. Adjusting what I put in my body to meet my goals - Prioritizing protein and making sure that I take my creatine helps my body in a MAJOR way.
3. I. Train. With. A. Trainer. - Investing in someone who knows what will get you the results you’re looking for and pushes you beyond your self-imposed limitations and doesn’t mind your complaining and repeating themselves a million times has taken my body from 0 to 100,000. It’s so nice to be able to trust someone enough to turn your brain off and just do it!
If you’re looking to really lock in on your fitness and take your results to the next level do yourself a favor and get a trainer. My trainer is accepting new clients (virtual and in-person) and if you tell him Ashley sent you, he’ll give you my friends and family rate 😉

Main:
1. Deadlift – 4×6
2. Front or Goblet Squat – 3×10
3. Bulgarian Split Squat – 3×10 each leg
4. Hamstring Curl – 3×12
5. Standing Calf Raise – 3×20
Finisher:
Sled Push or Box Jumps × 5 rounds (30 sec on / 30 sec off)
This the workout then Light jog + hip mobility
