Building festival scooters and testing them as I go. Originally a 24v lead acid system ,it made up for that shortcoming by boasting a powerful 500w mid drive motor. For those who aren’t familiar with, out of the two drive systems that are widely used and readily available on tge market , mid drive not only excels off road , with triple the torque, enough to climb a wall , but also requires less energy than an equally rated hub motor. Which means longer ride. So, I took it to the next level by upgrading to a 36v system with a custom LG battery pack and over volt controller. Originally topped out at 15mph, I have managed to squeeze out nearly double that speed . Explored parts of spirit of Suwannee that i haven’t been to. Some off roading fun🤙😎
