We are thrilled to officially announce Louis Decarolis as our new Recruiting Director! Louis joins us from the Clayton Clovers organization, bringing an incredible track record and a wealth of experience to the Ospreys with over 11 years in college and summer baseball in the CCL, CPL, and ONSL.

From recruiting and coaching to mastering summer team operations, Louis has done it all. But what truly sets him apart is how he defines success. He doesn't just build winning teams; he builds winning environments.
"Culture eats strategy for breakfast," Louis says, quoting Peter Drucker. "I couldn't be more excited right now. For me it's not where you do it, but who you do it with - and I'm super hyped to work with the Jacksonville Ospreys Organization."
Off the field, Louis is happily married and a proud dad to a young boy.
