I have been terribly negligent in updating this page. I have been on a self-imposed hiatus from social media. However, tonight for the first time since his accident Grandmaster Greg Hicks taught class. He has been back as an observer recently, but tonight he led class. Welcome back my Sensei and my friend.

No karate class Tuesday the 29th or Thursday the 31st due to the incoming hurricane. Please be safe and we will see everyone back on Tuesday, September 5th. The 4th is Labor Day so we will be out on that day as well

Our purple belt Noah got to lead a class today as one of his requirements for brown belt. Did a light workout at the start before introducing the students to grappling moves. Transitioned to Blind Man Training, and capped off the night with punches and kicks on the training dummy. Fun night for everyone and helped get Noah one step closer to brown belt!!!

All students and parents, no class tomorrow night, Monday May 28th in honor of Memorial Day. Enjoy your holiday and be safe!!! We will resume regularly scheduled class on Tuesday, May 29th

Got some new colors in the class. Congrats to Noah, Chandler, and Ben (in order from left to right) for their next steps in their martial arts journey. We look forward to next month when we have new testees!!!

Huge turnout at Tuesday’s class. I apologize for not posting in the last couple of months. Been dealing with some personal things and forgot about the page. But we will be back to posting on a regular basis!!!
