Yesterday we celebrated the 3rd anniversary of F45 St John’s Town Center!
It’s hard to put into words how life changing this gym can be. It’s more than 45 minute workouts, it’s a community of dedicated people that we get to call family.
The team at F45 TC are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. The success of this studio is because of YOU! Keep showing up, here’s to another year 🥂

This phase is all about building real performance not just working hard, but training with purpose.
We’re dialing in:
Heavy squats (70–85%) with progressive overload
Stronger rows & pull variations
Contrast training (heavy squat → explosive box jumps)
Faster, more intense conditioning intervals
The goal?
Increase load. Move with intent. Train at speed.
