Trust your training, YOU can do this! Just ask Grace G. and her mom from , who train at to keep each other accountable and motivated. They’re always setting goals for each other. One of ‘em? Last year, it was to complete a . Grace thought it was … an ambitious challenge. Unlike her mom, who had conquered a DriTri before, Grace didn’t know what to expect. But she kept going to class. So when the big day came, it didn’t feel like a way-too-ambitious challenge. It was FUN!

Grace says, “The classes you take prepare you for it. [And] to the people who are worried about tiring out, trust me. I thought I would too, but the energy and support you receive from all over the room is like no other workout I have ever taken at Orangetheory. And this really helps to push you to the finish line!”
