We are a scuba diving travel business focusing on scuba diving trips for women. We started as a dive club. We like to have a giving back element to our trips.

It’s true sometimes….

Today we will focus on the dive operation Barefoot Cay Resort. They have 4 boats (I’ve pictured 3 of them…the big boat is on the north side where we will dive to avoid weather tomorrow). Steiner and Dan have been our crew and are always very helpful. After you surface they have fruit and dry towels waiting for you. There’s water on the boat but diving from the resort, we’ve come back between dives which means we can indulge in coffee or hot tea at the dive shop while waiting for our Nuuns to desolve. Keeping hydrated and your electrolytes balanced is always important.

This week we are previewing a new to us resort in Roatan. Located on the south shore, mid-island, Barefoot Cay Resort, is a boutique resort on a small island. You take a little ferry over from the mainland where the dive shop, lobby and some rooms are located. We are in a beach view villa with a little plunge pool and semi outdoor shower. The resort feels tranquil and secluded.

What do you do when the laundry room light goes out and you can’t see it replace it?

Dive light to the rescue!

We never seemed to have flashlights that worked before but now always have the dive lights charged and ready to go!

Another reason it’s good to be a scuba diver!!!
