You all are crushing January’s challenge of 10,000 steps a day! February is approaching and we will be piggybacking off this month’s theme.
February’s challenge is to complete 30 minutes of zone 2 cardio 3x a week. Zone 2 is 60-70% of your max heart rate (220-your age). Run, speed walk, bike, row, swim or ski!
Log each day of completion in the app!

Are you interested in your kiddo getting stronger, faster, healthier, and more confident? Tween class is for them! Grades 4th-9th on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30-8:15 and Saturday mornings from 10:30-11:15!

Our January athletes of the month are Gavin & Rosario!
Rosario wants to encourage new members that, “it can be intimidating to start, but no one started knowing what to do or being good at it; everybody had a first day. You will find that the majority of the people will welcome you and support you. Just show up, put your best effort, and make it fun.”

O.U.R December challenge was to complete one set of max, unbroken strict pull ups after the class workout. Physwell agreed to match dollar for dollar of total pull ups accumulated by our community for Operation Underground Railroad
As a gym community, you all performed 4,127 strict pull ups. Many of these were first ever unassisted pull ups. Many were PR unbroken sets. Overall, your hard work raised $4,127 dollars to support the fight against human trafficking. Thank you all.
