Because I am a 26 year Defense Accountant Lee and I were blessed and humbled to have health insurance that afforded him medical care at Mayo Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Not all veterans have such options.

I call this moment.... "The Billboard" It was a nod to the fact that Lee Coached himself getting to the Olympia as a Natural IFBB Pro. Becoming the go-to Natural bodybuilding Coach in the process. He was never against any athletes personal choices. He was simply PROUD and LOUD about his personal choice to do it Naturally!

I can't count how many times Lee and I drove by this billboard the first day 😃😂

"The man I met vs the man I married"

It was always a matter of becoming the best version of himself. Lee last competed as a Bodybuilder in 2013. We reconnected in 2014. He returned to the stage in Classic Physique and earned his place on the Olympia stage as a NATURAL IFBB Pro in 2017. There was 4 years of SOUL searching and MINDSET adjusting. He was successful doing it their way. But he wasn't happy with it. He had no peace. As much push back as he received on all fronts you would have thought it was about THEM. 💥NEWS FLASH... it was always about HIM! Doing it his way. Feeling good about it. Living his absolute TRUTH. Looking himself in the mirror and liking who he saw.

What he came to realize was. He had an impact. He was a beacon of LIGHT. That's the one thing darkness can never be... LIGHT. The two could not coexist "PEACEFULLY" in the same spaces, organizations, etc. High frequencies, high vibrations, bright lights will always encounter opposition. What he learned was the fight was NOT with him. As extremely difficult as that was for him he had to allow them space to fight whatever darkness they had within them. Even though they deserved and earned exactly what he was poised to give them.🤣😂😅

Lee Banks Natural Championships was created to shine that light on whoever wanted to experience the family atmosphere in a competitive environment.

I'm just reminiscing. But, he was a happy man my Big Sexy. He had everything he ever wanted and what he didn't know he wanted in the fitness family we gathered over those years. In the end... you could tell who he was by who showed up. Love you guys❤️💕💖 Can't wait to see you.

A night to remember! 🍾

When Lee and I met, he owned Team Banks Bodybuilding. He earned 40k a year as a side gig coaching mostly bodybuilding beginners.

He told me a lot about his life when were dating. In fact the first time we traveled was to a bodybuilding competition for his clients. He lit up the world when he talked about bodybuilding. The word PASSION is not big enough.

He wanted that to be his life. I knew it could be. I knew he was beyond talented. His SKILLS were unparalleled! He had a DREAM. What he didn't have was a PLAN. I created a business plan for him that introduced two new products 1. Healthy Living and 2. Peak Physique. Why? Because most people don't want to be bodybuilders. They simply want to be better versions of themselves.

He implemented that plan within the week by simply posting the offering on FB. Healthy Living instantly became his #1 product and doubled his monthly revenue on its own. Peak Physique was the #2 product. When the private studio opened Lee's 'well trained' Master personal trainers made the difference. Just to give you an idea of what a VISION and a well implemented PLAN can do. LBF earned 10x more revenue than Team Banks.

But, that wasn't the DREAM was it? The DREAM was to earn a living doing what he loved. Everything else was above and beyond...
