Allow me to reintroduce myself! I am Yoga Pop and I would love to see you at September Yoga & Brew at King Maker. I enjoy teaching ALL bodies, especially outside of the traditional yoga studio. I want to bring yoga to where people feel comfortable and already enjoy going.

I started yoga in 2009 but became serious and was certified in 2012 in Tallahassee, FL. Yoga was and is a good outlet for anxiety and made me feel good. Many people tell me they are afraid or embarrassed to get started but fear not, we all have to start off as crispy crunchy crackers and it does get better!

I always modify postures and strive to adjust students when needed. I hope you will consider this investment in yourself and join me on the mat!
