the Mission of this gym comes in 2 parts:
- transform people into healthier individuals with more confident lifestyles.
- build a Family to encourage, support, and hold one another accountable. CrossFit Ragnarök allows people to push the very limits that hold them back in the exercise world, helping them achieve bigger gains and feel healthier in everyday life. There are many gyms out there, full of machines and "gizmos," telling you what you need to work with in order to have the “perfect” body. At CrossFit Ragnarök..we believe,

"The strongest piece of equipment is your HEART"

Ragnarök - The Final Stand
..One Last Battle to End Them all! Mission Statement: Never Quit. The main ingredient to working out is the HEART. The heart is by far the most important muscle a person needs. Ask yourself, do you have the heart to do great things? The answer is simple, everyone has it. It is just a matter of releasing that great power within.

Before her first session Loray texted me asking me to make it fun for her.

She also did absolutely none of the things I told her to do before Day 1.

So we already know what kind of relationship this is going to be.

But she showed up.

We trained.

We laughed.

She worked harder than she probably expected to.

And we had a durn good first session.

That’s the part that matters.

You don’t have to suddenly become a fitness person overnight.

Sometimes you just need to show up long enough to realize you’re capable of doing more than you thought.

Day 1 is in the books.

Now I get to make sure she keeps coming back.
