Good half day morning trip today 5/26 with Mike and Family from Vancouver. We caught 7 Kingfish and one hefty Spanish Mackerel. They are going to take their catch over to seafood kitchen and have it prepared several different ways for lunch!! My favorite is blackened but fried and broiled is delicious also!! Great full day trip today Saturday May. 25th! We started out trolling for kingfish and we lost 2 fish one broke off and one was lost to human error. Then switched up to bottom fishing and started catching triggerfish. We ended up with 8 triggers and threw back another 10 shorts, then we moved out a little further and put some big baits down for big fish and ended up getting 2 nice Amberjack, a handful of lesser jacks, one Seabass one 34 inch Cobia, One lane Snapper, then the big fish hit!! It took 2 guys to hold the pole but they finally managed to bring up a nice 22+ pound gag grouper! What a fish!! We also we’re catching vermillion snappers while fishing for the bigger ones and ended up with 13 or so of those. We also had to fight through countless massive Red Snapper over 20 pounds. I’m sure we caught over 25 big endangered red snapper!! Come on Noaa Fisheries you got to do something!! All in all it was a great day out in the ocean fishing with these great police officers from South Carolina! Thank you for you Service and Sacrifices you make Everyday!! Happy Memorial Day

Fun trip May 2nd! Goal was to catch Mahi and Grouper and we achieved it! Tom brought his whole family out for a great day of action packed Bluewater fishing. Split trip Alert this Thursday and Friday 4/25 & 4/26. We can either do an Full day 8hr trip bottom fishing for Vermilion Snapper. Triggerfish, Cobia, Blackfin tuna, lane Snapper, Seabass, Almaco jacks. Amberjack, porgies and more!! Or we can do a 12hr Bluewater trip trolling targeting Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Cobia, Then swap to bottom fishing if the trolling fish don’t bite. Price per person for the 8hr trip is $225 plus tip and for the 12hr is $350 plus tip. These trips included all rods. Reels. Tackle, license, bait, waters and snacks and Toilet for the ladies. Just walk on, Fish all day. Then get off boat and the fish will get filleted and bagged. You just need a small cooler to put your catch in. First come first serve. Please call Capt. Great 3/4 day 6hr trip today 4/2/24! We caught 22 nice Vermilion Snapper, a couple keeper triggerfish, a bank Seabass, many, many throw back Red Snapper including one that was over 21 pounds and a big Sandbar Shark!! 12hr trip was a success!! We had 2 tables full of fish from big vermillion snappers, Yellow Jack. 23 big triggerfish, 1 nice Mutton snapper, 2 big porgy’s. a couple Almaco jacks, one mangrove snapper. 3 throw back Scamp groupers. 1 throw back gag grouper and a few big throw back red snapper. We need one person for a Bluewater trip this Saturday 3/30/24. We’re going for the long haul 14hr Bluewater trip to fill the coolers. The fish will be filleted and separated 6 ways.
