End Of Watch - M&D Surplus and Outdoors - July 21, 2015 to September 27, 2026.
It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that, after 11 years, we closed the doors of our store for the last time today. We are extremely grateful for all of our friends that became customers, and the customers that became friends. While this store is now closed, we are still in business and look forward to helping our customers at our new location, under our new name, M&D Outfitters.

Now that our new facility is set to be complete in a timely manner, it is time to release the actual address and contact information. The new name of the business will be M&D Outfitters, and we will be located at 44333 King Bird Drive, Callahan, FL 32011. We are already listed on Google Maps as the screenshot shows. It will require a great deal of time and effort to complete the move, and we appreciate your patience during our transition. Once complete, we feel the new design will quite satisfactory and functional. We are looking forward to 2027 being a great year.

Today we got in our last regularly scheduled order from the store in the Pecan Park Flea Market. UPDATE!! Concrete work is done differently in Florida than anywhere I have ever lived or worked! The foundation slab is now complete, including the relief cuts, in only about 7 HOURS!! I want to give a shout out to the crew from LD Concrete for the excellent work. This will just about guarantee we will be able to open our new facility by the 1st of November. This is a great day indeed.

Well, today we passed our slab inspection. The weather is forcast to be great, and I hope we can get some concrete in the ground this week. Don't forget you only have 2 more shopping days before the Pecan Park Flea Market closes forever. If you are looking for something we have, please reach out to us. We may not have a building yet, but we are open for business anyhow. I want to give a shout out to all the vendors who we have worked with over the last 11 years. It hasn't always been fun, sometimes business and conditions have sucked. We made it through a couple hurricanes, reconstruction after a fire, the COVID shutdowns, supply shortages and bad inflation. Still, thanks to our loyal customers, we have managed to grow our business to what it is today. While the format will change a bit, we look forward to growing and being able to help even more customers. Don't forget it's always a great tome to have a Byrna Less-Lethal Launcher. They are not cheap, but they are cheaper than a lawyer.

We just received another order of items we are most asked for. We got in some day packs in black, tan, and green. We also received some CCW Satchels in black, tan, and green. For the smaller items we have vertical grips that will fit any handguard, QD swivels and their sockets, compact lights and red lasers for Hand Pews. Finally, we got in a set of NIJ Level IIIA soft plates that everyone keeps asking about. Don't wait to get these items, since every one of them sell very quickly. Today we got another order for the store. We got some Freedom Seeds in size .30-30, .40 and .45acp. We also got some holsters for the G43/43X. There are only 2 more weekends to come to our store before we are forced to close due to the sale of the Pecan Park Flea Market. We will be placing just one more merchandise order on Monday. IMPORTANT UPDATE!! After a very long wait we finally have some actual progress to report. The timeline is very tight, but we are hopeful to be in the building by the end of the month. Our credit card processor contacted us about an upcoming change to how interchange fees are handled. Since we first opened in 2015 we have not charged our customers more to use a credit or debit card as payment for an order. The number of credit/debit sales we get is expected to rise with the opening of the new store. We will no longer be able to absorb these fees going forward, which leaves us with two choices. we can either increase our prices across the board to cover this cost, or we can have a small charge applied to any purchase made with a credit/debit card. We opted to not increase our prices. Begining on November 1st, any piurchase made with a credit card or debit card will automatically have a fee of 3% of the order total including tax and shipping. For a package of Freedom Seeds in size .40, purchased in person the total cost would go from $27.00 to $27.81. This is the only way to prevent our cash customers from absorbing the cost. We hope you understand, and can't wait to show off our new building when it is done.

Remember, there are only 6 more business days, 3 weeks, until our store in the Pecan Park Flea Market closes for good.
