We had a little water at the Pecan Park Flea & Farmer's Market yesterday. The National Weather Service says we only received 0.10 inches of rain, but I think that is incorrect. I apologize for having to close early yesterday as a safety measure while the flooding was dealt with. We will be open again today.

Today we got in another 10 of the USMC IFAK First Aid Kits, complete with the contents. We also got some surplus Made in the U.S.A. combat boot socks. They are a size small and come 4 pair to a package. The price for the socks is $12.00 for the package, but for the rest of the Backto School tax holiday, they are only $10.00 per 4 pack. We only have 12 packs, so get yours early.

Today we got a great deal on some Birchwood Casey Dirty Bird targets. We only got about 2 dozen of these packs. They are listed on Walmart's website for $12.17 plus tax. We are offering them on a first come basis for only $9.00. These are splatter type of targets that wou can see the impact point from the bench, doing away with the requirement to walk down-range to see if you hit the mark. We got a deal and are passing it on.

Some have asked for it since the cans have lost their tax stamp, but we got in a couple boxes of Freedom Seeds, in the subsonic line, in size 762x51. These will go fast. We also got more Freedom Seeds in size 40, as well as Seed Holders in size 300blk and for the Seed Launcher p365. Lastly we got a new tourniquet that we will be evaluating without using it. It isn't cheap, but it will hopefully be decent quality with increased availability. Follow us for more updates on our inventory, store relocation, and indstry news.

Good News!! The final review for our building permit was approved today. The contractor has some jobs already scheduled ahead of ours, so we expect to break ground around the fourth week of August. If this holds, we should be able to use the building by the end of September.

GREAT NEWS!! A Federal judge for the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas has determined that the National Fi****ms Act, as it applies to cans, SBRs, and SBSs is unconstitutional since the tax that justified it was set to $0.00 by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The case is Silencer Shop versus BATF. The jusdement has been paused for 7 days to allow the Government to appeal. If this ruling is appealed it would go to the 5th US Circuit Court, which has been very friendly to fi****ms owners.

At long last the building permit for our new home is submitted and has had some portions of it approved. I really only see one potential major issue, and that is being reviewed at this time. Next week should have some good progress , and I will update as the hurdles are cleared

We got in some more Freedom Seed Holders that we were out of.

As the move to our new facility gets closer, we are evaluating what products we will carry going forward. We will have to reduce some of our product lines to fit our new space and allow better depth in other brands. We will still carry some of our staple lines and brands, such as Cytac and Bravo Concealment holsters and Takumitak knives. We just got in a shipment of backpacks and, at long last, Ghillie Suits!! The bags are made to be strong, yet light weight. Both styles are hydration bladder compatable and have a compartment for either a CCW or tablet to be carried. The ghillie suits are a 5 piece set consisting of pants, jacket, head cover, weapon wrap and carrying bag.
