Welcome to HOT SPOT POWER YOGA!! Hot Spot Power Yoga is THE HOT SPOT for Yoga in Jacksonville! We have two studio locations for our clients to go between.
We offer Baptiste Power Yoga Classes for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will feel right at home at our studios. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish. In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer several Transformational Programs such as the 21 Day Cleanse, 40 Days
Last night we hosted a kirtan with our friends from Black Cat Yoga. It was a night of music and togetherness with 30 voices joined in love and connection. We will do this again soon and hope that you will join us next time. Thank you to Lisa, Kevin and Sumul and everyone who made last night so magical.

Thirteen incredible souls said yes.🧡
Four months ago, they walked into our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program as strangers. They didn’t know each other. They didn’t know exactly what was ahead. They only knew they felt called to something more.
Over eight weekends, they stepped outside their comfort zones and into possibility. They learned, practiced, questioned, supported, laughed, cried, grew, and discovered strengths they didn’t know they had.
What began as a group of individuals became a community. They cheered each other on, held space for one another, and created friendships that will continue long after graduation day.
Today, we celebrate not only their completion of the Life Transformation Program but also the courage, dedication, and heart each of them brought to the journey.
We cannot wait to see how they share their gifts, serve their communities, and continue to grow as teachers and leaders.

✨ New Class Alert ✨
We’re excited to be adding another new class to the schedule!
Join Joanna every Friday at 12 PM for Uplift — a yoga class that incorporates light hand weights to build strength, stability, and energy alongside your flow. Expect an uplifting practice that blends movement, mindfulness, and a little extra challenge 💪✨
We’ve purchased a limited number of weights that will be available on a first come, first serve basis, though bringing your own hand weights is encouraged if you have them.
In addition, Buti Movement will now take place Fridays at 7:30 AM.
We can’t wait for you to experience these new offerings 💛
