Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. πͺπ¦
A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.
With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. π
