Hey guys!!! 🤗... meet .nicole._ one of our 5am members. 🌅.nicole._ has attended almost every single one of the 5am classes while working as a first responder for the past 2 months consistently👏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽. This woman has stayed focussed, pushed towards her goals, and is down 22lbs😍😍😍. Let’s give this RBF lady a hand👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉

Your goals take effort, but if you want it, you’ll get it.🤷🏽‍♀️ .nicole._ is here 3 days of the week, consistently hitting all major muscle groups using weight/resistance training and cardio hiit.🔥 There’s no magic pill giving better results than hard work and focus💯! Today we raised money and donated toys to a local Jax family in need❤️. These people worked so hard💪🏽 for an amazing cause and we can’t tell you how much we appreciate it.🙌🏽 The Saved to Serve foundation and LTB foundation along with our affiliate will continue to spread the love next month at our awareness event! We will continue to try to make a positive impact on our community through events like these.
