She helps her clients improve their heart and metabolic health through sustainable lifestyle changes. And because she believes in practicing what she teaches, she began her own Pilates journey here at Everbalance. Experiencing the benefits herself, she’s now incorporating Pilates into her clients’ wellness plans and connecting them with our studio.

Together, we’re helping people build strength, move better, and invest in their long-term health one class at a time. Our Exercise of the Month is The Roll-Up 🌀

Our main goal this month is to learn how to use our abdominals (rather than relying on our leg muscles as we modify) to gracefully roll up from lying flat on the floor.

Of course, there are many layers to learning this movement, and we’re excited to grow together one step at a time. 💞💞💞
