Happy Friday fit fam! We’d like to take a moment to recognize one of the incredible members of our community who recently underwent knee replacement surgery.
For years, she has shown up every day with determination, positivity, and a willingness to do the work, whether the workout was her favorite or not (looking at you, Wall balls…). She has been a familiar face, a source of encouragement, and an important part of what makes our gym feel like home.
While her fitness journey looks a little different right now, we know the same grit and perseverance that carried her through countless workouts will carry her through recovery as well.
We are so grateful for her kindness, her consistency, her sense of humor, and the example she sets for others by continuing to prioritize her health and well-being.
Please join us in wishing her a smooth recovery and cheering her on as she takes on this next challenge. We can’t wait to welcome her back when she’s ready. ❤️

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching someone grow, not just in skill, but in confidence.

This past weekend, two of our own, Anna and Amber, stepped way outside their comfort zones and took on an incredible challenge, traveling to New York to compete in HYROX Doubles.
Watching them prepare for this event has been inspiring, but seeing them step onto that competition floor and give everything they had was something special. So much training, determination, and hard work went into this incredible journey!
What makes us most proud isn't just that they completed the race. It's the courage it took to sign up, the commitment they showed throughout the process, and the way they supported each other every step of the way. They represented our community with grit, resilience, and heart.
Fitness is about so much more than workouts and finish times. It's about discovering what you're capable of, challenging your limits, and proving to yourself just how badass you can be when you just TRY.
We're incredibly proud of both of you and honored to have been a small part of your journey. Congratulations!!!

Welcome June!
As we move into summer, vacation and travel plans can often throw us off track. Stay moving with this quick 3-day hotel workout plan. No gym, no gear, just your body!
Day 1: Full-Body Burner
• 3 rounds:
15 air squats
12 push-ups
20 mountain climbers (each leg)
30-sec plank
Day 2: Cardio & Core
• 4 rounds:
30-sec jumping jacks
20 bicycle crunches
10 burpees
40-sec side plank (each side)
Day 3: Bodyweight Strength Circuit
• 3 rounds:
12 reverse lunges (each leg)
10 tempo push-ups (3 seconds down)
15 glute bridges
30-second wall sit
No gym. No excuses. Just movement that keeps you feeling strong, even on vacation.
