-Do not exercise excessively just to burn calories: Create workout routines and focus on staying consistent instead!
-Do not compare yourself with others: Focus on yourself and picture your ideal outcomes clearly. Trusting your ability to achieve those goals builds confidence and sustained motivation.
-Do not talk negatively about yourself: Challenge self-criticism by consciously replacing negative inner dialogue with objective, solution-focused thoughts.

To make Brazilian brown rice, use a ratio of 1 cup of dry brown rice to 2 cups of water.
-Peel two cloves of garlic and half onion. Cut them in small pieces and cook them in a low heat with olive oil
-Add the rice and salt to the pot, cook them with the other ingredients for a little bit
-Add the water and bring the water to a full boil
-Reduce to a low simmer, and cook covered for about 60 minutes
