Thank you to our amazing dancers for a fantastic recital last night! We are so proud of each and every one of you! Please enjoy some much needed rest and we can’t wait to see YOU back on the dance floor!!! The studio will be closed for two weeks before summer classes start and information for fall registration will be posted soon! We will still be checking emails periodically during this time! WE LOVE OUR DANCE FAMILY!!

We are excited for our 47th annual recital tomorrow! The dancers have worked so hard all season and we know they will shine bright on stage! A few reminders to make tomorrow go a little smoother!

We will be downtown at the Jacksonville Center of the Arts, 300 Water Street Jacksonville, FL 32202

All dancers MUST arrive downtown already dressed in their first costume at 8:30am, no earlier as you will not be allowed into the venue.

If your dancer is ONLY in the second half of the show any dance after intermission, you will need to arrive dressed at 11:00am. All dancers need to check in upon entering the venue to receive their dressing room assignments. Parents after you help your dancer get settled with the backstage mom, please make your way to the audience. A parent must be present at the venue all day tomorrow for dress rehearsal, unless your dancer is of driving age and will be bringing themselves.

After your dancer has finished all of their dances you may leave but please leave all your costume(s) at the Venue for safety! Please write your dancers name on the tag of every costume they have plus inside their dance shoes!

All dancers must return back downtown at 5:30pm and the recital will start promptly at 6:30pm. The theater doors will also open at 5:30pm for all families and guest to start seating.

STUDIO REHEARSAL DROP OFF
Rehearsals are scheduled for 5pm-7:30pm. Your dancer can leave when they are finished with ALL of their dances. Only teachers and backstage moms will be allowed to stay at the church during rehearsal run-throughs. Dancers may arrive for drop-off between 4:30/4:45pm… NO EARILER! We will assume the parents on the account will pick up your dancer if not specified.

STUDIO REHEARSAL PICK UP
You will need to come inside the Church Hall to pick up your dancer. The backstage mom for your dancer’s class will call or text you 3 dances before your dancer is finished so that you can be here and they will not have to wait. The person that was specified during drop off will need to bring in their ID. The backstage mom will verify the pick-up person and you can sign out the dancer from the small room at the Dutch door. If you need to make any payments, you can do so at this time.

Team Auditions are THIS Sunday! Dancers arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm up and get a number. Dancers need to wear a black leotard with either pink or tan tights. Male dancers black dance pants with either black or white shirt. See YOU on the dance floor!
