Thursday's Workout.Get Up & Go! Connecting People to a life of health and fitness.
Warm Up:
●50 Jumping Jacks
●10 push ups
●20 squats

4 kettle bell swings or Dumbbell (heavy)
4 jumping squats (knees to chest)
4 hanging leg lifts

6 Turkish get ups (3 on each side)
6 Jumping switch lunges
6 pushups
((((8 minutes))))
8 Dumbbell thrusters
8 wall balls
8 seconds holding hand stand (can use wall)

Late Monday Activity.
Warm up:
30 Jumping jacks
10 push ups
20 sit-ups
30 squats
The Dirty 30
5 Rounds:
30 second plank (holding in pushup position)
30 pushups
30 squat jumps
30 mountain climbers
30 full sit ups
30 sec rest.

Set your timer and see how long it takes to complete:
1/2 mile run
Push ups (B:25 I:50 A:100)
1/2 mile run
Flutter kicks (B:50 I:100 A:200)
1/2 mile run
Body weight squats (B:75 I:150 A:300)
B-beginner athlete
I-intermediate athlete
A-advance athlete
Take as many sets needed to complete each exercise.

After a 5 minute warm-up, perform:

60 Seconds jumping lunges (Beginners: reverse lunge)
60 seconds Dumbbell thrusters
60 seconds Rest

60 seconds Goblet squats
60 seconds of rest.
Beginners: Perform 2-3 rounds of each portion.
Count reps and the weight you use.
Taking the thinking out of fitness for you.

Set your watch to 21 minutes and see how many rounds you can do of:
400m run
21 pushups
21 box jumps (24"/20")
15 burpees
9 pull-ups

Tuesday Workout. Get Up & Go style! Taking the thinking out of fitness for you.
Count the number of repetition for each exercise on each round. Add them up and see how many reps you can get. Then try it again 2 weeks later and see if you are making progress in muscle endurance. There is a 1 minute rest after each round.
