🇪🇸 SITGES, SPAIN

We’re here at the Polyvagal Conference sharing our work on trauma healing through self-defense training.

For us, self-defense is about more than physical protection. It’s an opportunity to build a deeper relationship with our bodies, develop confidence and agency, and explore what it means to feel safer in ourselves and in the world around us.

We’re also celebrating the re-release of Rewired: Transforming Trauma Through Self-Defense Training and getting to share this work with an international community of people committed to understanding trauma, the nervous system, and healing.

Grateful to be here. Grateful to teach. Grateful to keep learning. 🖤
