🗣️Variety Keeps Things Interesting✊🏽
Imagine eating the same meal every day. It might taste good at first, but eventually, you’d get bored, right? 🤔💭
Well, our bodies are similar! ✊🏽
Doing the same all the time can become monotonous. Variety keeps things interesting and us to .🏋️♀️
Adaptation and :
Our bodies are smart—they adapt to what we do. When we exercise, our , , and lungs get . 🫁🫀💪🏽
But if we always do the same , our body gets used to it. It’s like solving the same puzzle over and over—it becomes easier. 🫣
To keep progressing, we need to our bodies with different exercises. 👍🏽
Different Types of Exercise:
(Heart Health): Running, biking, dancing—these activities make our heart stronger. 🏃♂️💨
(Muscles): weights or doing push-ups helps build strong muscles and bones. 🏋️♀️
(Stretching): or keeps our muscles flexible and less likely to injure 🧘♂️
( ): Standing on one leg or doing balance exercises helps prevent falls and will enhance your long term of life. ⚖️
Mix It Up! Try different activities each week.
Maybe swim one day, dance the next, and play soccer another day. You can also do multi week blocks of different styles of exercise - but I will make another video discussing the multiple variables that you can play with to even make the SAME exercises, feel different to your body.
