New Vlog out!!

At least one of us had a good race😂 Thank you SGK, MGM Chassis, Capps Racing Engines, Coyote, and C&M Q...

First time racing at Lamar County Speedway in Barnesville, Georgia! 🏁
Huge thanks to Jeremy Yost for inviting me to race there with you and Ryan Burkes. I had a great time!
This was also my first race weekend without my dad there, so I'm really grateful to Jeremy and Ryan for all their help! 😄
The track was a little technical but with the help of Josh Winters and his son Jace Winters, my times really picked up!
I qualified 2nd which like, HECK YEAH! 😆
I have to say that was awesome for my first time ever being there, so that was really cool✌
I won't lie, I struggled a little before qualifying without Dad there. Seniors is at 370 lbs there, and my kart has basically no room left for more weight😭 So I had to rush and drill a new hole in the bottom of my seat, but of course I think I drilled the first one a little too low, so I had to drill the other one a little higher. But when I put the kart on the ground, I think the first hole was fine😂
I ended up finishing my Heat race in 3rd, and for those who don't know, it is SO HARD to pass on this track, so you could just say I was really happy to be on the inside at the start for the final😅
The final went AWESOME! After a couple of restart attempts, they moved 1st and 2nd place behind me and 4th, which put me on the front row. I got a great start and led the race for a few laps until the original leader caught back up and passed me. After that, there was just a little gap I couldn't quite close all the way, so I ended up bringing home 2nd place! 🎉
Overall, I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST with everyone there! I'm so glad I got to meet so many amazing people, and hopefully we'll be back to race there again soon! 😄🏁

The day started off with us getting there at around 10am to practice and we weren’t having the best of luck right off the bat with one of our hubs flying off😅 but we eventually got one decent practice in and decided last minute that we were gonna run 2 classes, light and medium. I ended up qualifying 3rd in sr light and 7th in sr medium. During the final in light, I was in a close battle with another driver which was fun, but my fuel filter completely disconnected towards the end of the race, and I eventually had to pull in one lap to go. During the medium final, I started 7th and had a decent start but didn’t make a move fast enough so I lost the draft but ended up finishing 5th. It was a fun day though! Running two classes was a little stressful but loads of fun!

What a hot day🥵 I ran 3 classes Tag Senior, Senior Medium, and Senior Light😅 But I had a blast in every race! I finished on podium in every class. We actually didn't do a heat race because of rain, so they made us do a vote and we ended just adding to the final, so the final was now 20 laps. Which let me tell you it is A LOT when you're doing 3 classes😭 Overall like Whitnee said it was a tad bit stressful but other than that it was a great weekend!
(Sorry if I scared some people in the tag race😅 It was just a really bad cramp in my leg, but I'm all good😁)

Bushnell photo dump!

Another Bushnell race in the books! This was also Whitnee's first senior race!!
I qualified 5th (as always🙄) and Whitnee qualified 7th. The good news is we were starting on the inside bumper to bumper for the Heat race.
Unfortunately, I was caught in a racing incident on the first lap and ended up finishing last😞 Whitnee ended up finishing 5th. Luckily, she wasn't involved in any of the carnage, so that was really good😄
In the final, I ended up finishing 3rd! Whitnee unfortunately finished 7th, but again, this was her first senior race, so don't get discouraged, Whitnee! 😄
Overall, it was a really good weekend. There's always something to learn and improve on, but that's all part of racing.
I want to thank Everyone for making this weekend possible for me and the more races to come, I honestly couldn't have made it this far in karting without all the love and support that you all give We appreciate it so much🥰
