Located at the Steel Mill CrossFit Facilities (Cassat Ave, Fleming Island), this is your main destination for Olympic Weightlifting. Headed by USAW Level 3 Coach Joe Hanson, who also runs ADC Weightlifting, and holds Jacksonville's only National Champion.
