Northside Pride invites you to a free session of Yoga in the park with Yoga Tour de Jax in JaxParks Panama Park. This park meet up is free and welcome to all ages and abilities.

This year, we brought PILATES & PICKLEBALL to Jacksonville, and continue to be the only ongoing P&P event in town! 💪

A special shoutout to all the guys who have shown up, tried something new, and crushed it! 👏

Roughly 1/3 of the people who come to our P&P events are men, of all ages. 🙌

At YTJ | Movement • Community YTJ, we coach low impact, bodyweight functional isometric exercises designed to build strength, core stability, balance, mobility, and range of motion.

After Pilates, we stayed and played pickleball for hours. Talk about fun cardio and a great way to challenge the brain and support neuroplasticity🏃‍♂️
