This past Sunday’s boot camp was a special 9/11 tribute honoring all those impacted by the events of that day. From the first responders who ran toward danger to the survivors and communities who came together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

It was an emotional workout, and one our crew completed with strength, respect, and grace.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave it their all, and helped us honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of so many. 🇺🇸❤️

Sometimes you’ve just gotta get outside the gym and MOVE! 🥾⛰️

This weekend, the Blue Star Fitness crew traded barbells and gym floors for the trails of Mt. Monadnock, and what an incredible day it was!

For some of our members, this was their very first time hiking Monadnock, which made reaching the top together that much more special.

There were plenty of laughs, hard work, tired legs, and a whole lot of determination along the way. That’s what our community is all about. Challenging ourselves, supporting each other, and doing hard things TOGETHER.

Fitness is so much more than what happens inside four walls. It’s about building the strength and confidence to get out there, take on new challenges, and enjoy life.
