A little sneak peek for all of you lovely people!

Our gym is a large mix of different brands for gym equipment, hand picking through all of them to find the preferred equipment for our members!

From Cybek, to Precor, to life fitness and Hammer Strength, we have it all covered!

Those large black towers you see? That’s a 12 station life fitness cable machine allowing 2 people to hit flys at two same time!

Those squat racks? Rogue hooked us up and now we have 5 half racks with pull up bars, land mines, and custom benches just to match!

Worried about bench presses and squat racks being available on your leg or chest day? We have 4 flat bench presses, 2 incline and 2 decline benches and a military press. That means plenty of room for everyone to achieve their goals!

Have a question about the equipment or maybe have a request for a specific piece? Let us know! We have more coming but are looking at some really cool pieces to add to the collection in the future!

Railings are on the move and just like any other detail in the gym, we have spared no time!

Routed, sanded and custom cut, our railings are going to be top notch! Wooden top and bottom rails, and black chainlink panels to ensure we stay sleek and modern with a little bit of the industrial vibe we are looking to keep!

Keep an eye out on updates as we keep moving forward! We are so excited to show you the final product of our railings!

Since AI has become a tool, we have seen a ton of AI content. When we first started out we wanted to ensure that our business model did not include the use of AI posts.

Each post is authentic, personally created using canva or just includes a photo of a current stage in our project.

This ensures you get the real us and not a sloppy, tossed together post! We support artists, creators and other professionals who make a living off of social media marketing!

Sometimes all it takes is vision!

This photo was day 1 of demo. Excited and ready to swing away! And now here we are with a completely different building and both of these photos show just how much change has really taken place.

In the past 19 months I have had a lot of conversations with a lot of people, all asking about how the gym concept started and how we decided to run it. I always basically say, I just ran with it.

Sometimes people look at our area and look at Jamestown and only have negative thoughts, but let me share with you what I think!

I think Jamestown is just shy of a few people who wants to reshape the area, who wants to push new business out there and who wants to see the community thrive and flourish.

You could be that person or maybe you know someone who relates, but if you are reading this, I say run with it! Roll up your sleeves and make your dreams come true. That’s all you can do!

We see a brighter future for Jamestown! Come show what you’re made of and pave the path!

We can’t wait to see what other small businesses pop up in the next few years!

Love to see it getting all buttoned up!

Ramp is almost done and drywall is still flying! We are hustling down here to get things done and with snow right around the corner (knock on wood) we are grinding hard to get things done!

Our new staircase is in, taking you from the cardio platform down to the main gym floor and our 52ft long ADA compliant ramp is underway!

Thank you to Liberty Construction of WNY for coming in and getting this rocking!
