El-Ra Bowl is a family business that has been serving Janesville and Rock County since 1959. Bob Brose's family still operates the bowl today. Conveniently located on Center Avenue, just down the street from Pick-n-Save. El-Ra Bowl has a large, well lit parking lot. Sixteen lanes with every modern convenience you would expect: auto scoring, full service Pro Shop, cocktail lounge, full grill menu, Buchiz Pizza, and much more. Talk about modern conveniences, El-Ra Bowl is the only bowl in the area with automatic bumpers. No need to have 2 lanes with only 2 or 3 people. The bumpers go up and down for each person however you want, YOU PROGRAM IT. We offer many different bowling experiences for everyone in our community. Leagues range from Youth Bowling to our new 55+ league and everything in between. Birthday parties, company outings, graduations, ect... Let us know what kind of event you need help with. Need to raise funds??? We can help with a bowling fundraiser. Open bowling, glow bowling, school groups, or just stop in for a sandwich. EL-RA HAS SOMETHING FOR YOU!

Our youth program also offers optional tournaments where bowlers can compete for scholarship money! These tournaments feature divisions based on age, gender, and skill level, giving bowlers the opportunity to compete against others at a similar level.

And as always, we’ll provide coaching on the lanes throughout the season, helping bowlers learn, improve, and have fun. Each session will finish with our pizza and trophy party! 🍕🏆

Our annual Brewers League & Employee Trip is taking us to Milwaukee to cheer on the Brewers! It’s a great opportunity for our staff and league bowlers to get together, enjoy some baseball, and have a little fun outside the lanes.
