Speak to your body as if you’re speaking to the younger versions of yourself. Every criticism and each compliment are heard by the ears of your younger and older self. These words ripple through timelines and shape the geometry of your being. What you believe about yourself shapes your reality, relations, patterns, and circumstances. Now is an opportunity to create something new. Give birth to a different way. “New Beginning” she nurtures her womb and embraces the “her” she is becoming. She nurtures herself through each stage of her life. She sends herself compassion and love. She speaks to and treats herself like a child who depends on her guidance.

To find your wholeness again
Shed
Shed the skin that no longer fits
If it feels tight
If the energy of what was doesn’t match the energy of what you dream in
Find your whole again
Find your light
Call back the pieces that fell away
Shake your rattle
Drum your drum
Shake your voice until you return home
The return that cannot be undone
Once you are here, never leave again
Remember your allies
Remember who you are
Return to your medicine

I’ve spent years creating spaces for others to rest, reconnect, and transform.
Retreats, classes, circles, conversations. Holding space became second nature to me.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something honest.
I don’t know how to fully receive in those spaces.
Even when I step into a retreat as a guest, I find myself guiding, supporting, teaching. It’s instinct. It’s care. It’s who I’ve been for a long time.
And lately, I’ve seen how much that has taken from my own process.
Grief, disconnection, and change have been asking me to slow down and turn inward in a way I haven’t allowed myself to before.
So I’m pausing.
Not because I’ve lost the work, but because I need to be inside it.
For now, I am letting myself be the one held.
Not the teacher, not the guide, not the one making sure everyone else is okay.
Just me in the process, without an outcome to offer.
Maybe that is the real work right now.
