One year ago, EmpowerHER Fitness was just a dream.

A dream that honestly felt impossible some days.
As I sit here this morning looking around the gym, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. This past year has been full of highs, lows, lessons, challenges, growth, and more support than I ever could have imagined.

There were moments I questioned myself, worried about bills, and wondered if I was doing the right thing. But through it all, this community kept showing up.

What started as my dream became a place where women support women, celebrate each other's victories, and learn just how strong they really are.

I don't just see a gym when I look around this room. I see friendships, confidence, courage, healing, and hundreds of stories that have unfolded within these walls.

Thank you to every single woman who trusted me, attended a class, referred a friend, shared a post, or simply walked through our doors.

This Sunday, we celebrate ONE YEAR of EmpowerHER Fitness, and I couldn't be more grateful. ❤️
