Yoga and Chair Fit Fusion classes are moving a little earlier!

🌻Beginning Sept. 14th, our Monday and Wednesday Yoga classes will meet at 8:30 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.
All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are offered throughout class. Please note that these classes include standing and floor-based poses, so participants should be able to get up and down from the floor independently.

🌻Beginning Sept. 18th, Chair Fit Fusion will meet Fridays at our new time of 8:30 a.m.
This fully seated fitness class combines strength training, cardio, mobility, balance, and stretching for a fun, well-rounded workout. All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified to meet you where you are.
No getting down on the floor required. Just come ready to move, get stronger, and have some fun!

Join Mary on Monday, Wednesday,& Friday mornings at the Jefferson City Community Center for movement, strength, flexibility, and a great start to your day.

Class Time: 8:30 - 9:30 AM

The Corn & Bacon Festival stretches across two-three city blocks, bringing together music, storytelling, history, food, vendors, and plenty of hometown fun. To help our community make the most of their experience, we’re looking for Festival Hosts to be the friendly faces that help bring it all together!

Festival Hosts may help at one of our stages, welcome guests at the Storytelling Pavilion, answer questions, or simply pass out festival maps and help folks find their way around.

And here’s the fun part—dress the part! Embrace the spirit by wearing a period-inspired prairie look, jeans and a flannel shirt, overalls, or whatever hometown style feels right for you.

Come be part of the team, meet new people, and help us create a festival our community will remember!
