🏃‍♀️💨 FALL SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING IS COMING!

Want to help your young athlete get faster, quicker, stronger, and more confident in their movement?

CrossFit Unstoppable’s Fall Speed & Agility Program starts October 6th and is open to boys and girls in grades 6–9!

This program isn’t just for one sport.

Whether your athlete plays volleyball, basketball, football, soccer, baseball, softball—or just wants to become a better overall athlete—we’ll work on skills that can carry over to whatever they do.

We’ll focus on:
⚡ Speed & quickness
⚡ Agility and change of direction
⚡ Explosiveness
⚡ Coordination and movement skills
⚡ Sport-specific athletic development

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 4:45–5:45 PM
📍 CrossFit Unstoppable

PROGRAM OPTIONS:
⭐ 8 Sessions — $159
⭐ Drop-In — $20/session

We’re limiting this group to 10 athletes so we can give them plenty of coaching and attention.
A minimum of 4 athletes is needed to hold the class.
