Fitting this pistol to the customers hand. Changed the back strap to the next smaller size for a better overall grip. This gen 5 comes with multiple back straps. Used one with extra duck tail to ensure a good grip. It came with a tool to push out the pin that secures the back strap. The smaller size gave it an overall better fit. Off to the range to test fire. If you need assistance fitting your weapon or customizing it let me know.

Working on this trigger system to tune the function. Checked the buffer and recoil spring. Recoil spring was for a carbine so I replaced it with a r***e spring that was heaver. Will test at the range.

Installed a pistol optics green dot for a customer and sighted it in at 25 yards. Test fired at 7 yards, shots were about where expected at that range.

Built a lower receiver today. Palmetto State Armory has affordable products and I have never had an issue with them. Followed AR specs and torqued the castle nut to 40 ft lbs. I'll throw on an upper and take it to the range for testing.

The Banish 9 on the G***k 19 gen 5 looks great. But while testing function I found an issue. The recoil spring assembly hits the bottom of the suppressor attachment and will not cycle leaving the spent round in the chamber. Looking in to solutions to this issue.
